Hello all of my lovely clients!

I’d like to say a massive THANK YOU to each and every one of you who continued to move with me during this long locked down way we have been living.

We are now coming out of it slowly and I am so ready to re-open the studio doors!

There will be some changes as I’m sure you have expected, but, we are able to continue on our journey of moving and growing and being healthy.

If you have booked a studio session, please note that the procedure is slightly different.

I am doing my best to maintain safe, clean and sanitised conditions, as well as social distancing during and between classes.

 

  • Please arrive with appropriate pilates attire and minimal personal belongings. A clear plastic box with a lid will be provided to keep shoes and belongings.

  • On your arrival please use the dispenser to sanitise your hands

  • Loops and handles that we will use in your session have been covered with vinyl covers to allow for effective disinfection. 

  • Head cushions have also been covered with vinyl to allow for effective disinfection. 

  •   I will be wearing visor, and have a mask on hand if you would like me to wear it too.

  •  You are to enter the studio wearing a mask and to remove the mask, if willing, while exercising.

  •  Please wear socks with grip…they are easily purchased on Amazon:

To book classes, please do so via my new booking system!

Please also remember, if you haven’t already done one, to fill in and return your health check forms. I will be asking everyone who books a studio session to complete a COVID-19 declaration form too. Both the health and COVID forms can be found at the bottom of any page on the website, I can also send it by email if you like.
